Military Mom in Action

Tonight I helped Kathy work on her Christmas boxes for the troops. Kathy has four sons, two of whom are in the military and have served in the middle east. One just coming home this week from his 2nd tour in Iraq.

Kathy in her work room.

Three years ago, she started a non-profit organization that sends packages to soliers. She sends upwards to 400 boxes a week. This time of year she is sending special boxes for Christmas. All this is done by volunteers and Kathy's tireless dedication.

Boxes almost ready for shipment

This is a wonderful work that Kathy does. Click here to check out her website.
